Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 3 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2-3 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender except shredded coconut.
  • Blend until smooth consistency is reached.
  • Top with shredded coconut and stir.
