eggplant

almond flour

garlic powder

teaspoon
paprika

egg whites

tomato sauce

cup
cheese of choice
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut the eggplants into rounds
Dip rounds into egg wash
Coat rounds in almond flour and spices
Add coated rounds to a lined pan with parchment paper
Bake for 25 minutes on 250 degrees Fahrenheit
Top rounds with cheese
Bake for another 5 minutes
