Almond Crusted Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
  

  • 1- pound chicken breast skinless, boneless
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil OR parchment paper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice raw chicken breast into strips.
  • Mix together almond flour, paprika, garlic, cayenne, pepper and sea salt.
  • Submerge each chicken strip in egg wash, and then coat with almond and spices.
  • Place chicken strips on parchment paper, or a greased baking sheet with olive oil.
  • Bake for 25 minutes until golden and enjoy!
