Ingredients
  

  • 1 c rolled oats blended 
  • 1/3 c unsweetened shredded coconut ⁣
  • 1.5 tbsp matcha powder ⁣
  • 1/4 c maple syrup ⁣
  • 3 tbsp collagen powder⁣
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Add oats to a food processor and blend until flour consistency is reached.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and pulse.
  • Roll mixture into even sized balls.
  • Freeze for 15 minutes.
