Matcha Collagen Energy Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free)
- 2 tablespoons collagen powder
- 1½ teaspoons matcha powder
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until well combined.

Place the bowl in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.

Once chilled, roll the mixture into 10–12 balls using your hands.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Chef's Note
If the mixture is too dry to roll, add a teaspoon of water or extra honey. If too wet, add more oats.
