Allison will go over your health history, current concerns, food preferences, and all the information needed to create a perfect program in the initial session..
Group Nutrition Coaching
Group coaching is a lower cost option, in which Allison puts small groups together. Typically these groups are tailored to weight loss. If you are looking to get some basic nutrition knowledge, and feel empowered and motivated by a community, this might be for you.
Meal Planning
Meal plans are a great option if you are looking to get new ideas, and recipes to build on your current foundation and knowledge of nutrition. A meal plan can ensure you are getting enough of the nutrients you need, and are customized based on food preferences or specific dietary requirements.
