Green Detox Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 large handfuls of spinach or kale
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- ½ cucumber, roughly chopped
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon spirulina or chlorella powder (optional)
- 1 cup coconut water or filtered water
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, starting with the liquid.

Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until completely smooth.

Taste and adjust — add more lemon for brightness or banana for sweetness.

Pour into a glass and drink immediately for maximum nutrient benefit.
Chef's Note
Adding a scoop of collagen powder or plant-based protein turns this into a complete meal.
