Chocolate Coconut Belly Busting Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (plant-based or collagen)
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup ice

Instructions

    Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

    Blend on high for 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

    Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Chef's Note

Chia seeds expand in the smoothie and help with satiety. Cinnamon helps balance blood sugar — a great pairing with the natural sugars from banana.
