Berry Yogurt Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries)
  • ¼ cup gluten-free granola
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts

Instructions

    Stir honey and vanilla into the yogurt until combined.

    Divide the yogurt evenly among 6 small cups or mason jars.

    Top each with mixed berries, a spoonful of granola, chia seeds, and hemp hearts.

    Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.

Chef's Note

These are perfect for meal-prep breakfasts. Keep toppings separate and add just before eating to maintain crunch.
