Berry Blast Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

Blend on high for 60 seconds until smooth.

Add more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.

Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Chef's Note
Berries are among the best fruits for hormone health — low in sugar and loaded with antioxidants. Frozen berries work just as well as fresh.
