Makes 10-12 Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats, blended
 - 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 
 - 1.5 tbsp matcha powder 
 - 1/4 cup maple syrup 
 - 3 tbsp collagen powder
 - 2 tbsp coconut oil
 
Directions:
- Add oats to a food processor and blend until flour consistency is reached.
 - Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and pulse.
 - Roll mixture into even sized balls.
 - Freeze for 15 minutes.
 

Matcha Collagen Energy Bites
