Makes 10-12 Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats, blended 
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut ⁣
  • 1.5 tbsp  matcha powder ⁣
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup ⁣
  • 3 tbsp collagen powder⁣
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil⁣

Directions:

  1. Add oats to a food processor and blend until flour consistency is reached.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and pulse.
  3. Roll mixture into even sized balls.
  4. Freeze for 15 minutes.
