Serves 3
Ingredients:
- 1-pound chicken breast, skinless, boneless
 - 1 cup almond flour
 - 1 tablespoon paprika
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1 teaspoon sea salt
 - 2 eggs, beaten
 - 1 teaspoon olive oil OR parchment paper
 
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice raw chicken breast into strips.
 - Mix together almond flour, paprika, garlic, cayenne, pepper and sea salt.
 - Submerge each chicken strip in egg wash, and then coat with almond and spices.
 - Place chicken strips on parchment paper, or a greased baking sheet with olive oil.
 - Bake for 25 minutes until golden and enjoy!
