Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3-4 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/4 cup cashew milk
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Set the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Begin by mixing all dry ingredients such as almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine the maple syrup, cashew milk, almond butter, vegan chocolate chips, egg, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Slowly add dry mixture to wet ingredients mixing well.
- Scoop cookie mixture onto baking sheet trying to form even sized cookies.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
