Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup oat flour 
  • 1 cup almond flour 
  • 2 mashed bananas 
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup 
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp baking soda 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil 
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine oat flour, almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder together in a bowl.
  3. Mash bananas in a bowl using a fork or masher. Add maple syrup, vanilla, coconut oil, and chocolate chips. 
  4. Grease a baking pan using coconut oil, or line with parchment paper.
  5. Bake banana bread for 30-40 minutes.
