  • 1 handful kale
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  • 1 tablespoon acai powder (optional) 

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse for 40 seconds until smooth
