Makes 10 muffins
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
 - 1/2 cup almond flour
 - 1 tsp baking powder
 - 1/2 tsp baking soda
 - 1 tsp cinnamon
 - 1/2 tsp pink salt
 - 1 tsp vanilla
 - 1/3 cup coconut oil
 - 1 cup grated apple
 - 1 cup chopped apples (cubes)
 - 2 eggs (can sub flax)
 - 1-2 scoops protein powder
 - 1/4 cup maple syrup (sub 3 tbsp stevia)
 
Directions:
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl
 - Mix all wet ingredients together in a bowl
 - Add all ingredients together and mix thoroughly
 - Line a muffin tin with parchment paper
 - Distribute mixture evenly
 - Bake at 400 Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes
 

Apple Cinnamon Protein Muffins
Ingredients
