Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour 
  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • 5 large eggs 
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil 
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1  tablespoon apple cider vinegar 
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt 
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda   

Directions:

  1. Place almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, salt and baking soda in a food processor. 
  2. Pulse ingredients together. Pulse in eggs, coconut oil, honey, and apple cider vinegar. 
  3. Transfer batter to a greased loaf pan. 
  4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
  5. Cool in the pan for 1-2 hours.
